In the blog you will find many interesting ways to approach nature, there is a little information for everyone's interests, and in the following entry I will guide you thru them.
First of all let's point out the deeper meaning of why we should be living a life closer to nature.
For millions of years we have lived in direct contact with the natural world and our senses have developed to attend its rhythms and sounds. It is only in the last couple of hundred years that we have been isolated from nature due to the circumstances of what we call progress. Unfortunately the results of this separation have made our senses atrophy from disuse. Gradually we become deaf to our own intuition and instincts that guide us and connect us with the world.
The intent of this blog is to reawaken the profound awareness of nature in us.
Because when we expand our knowledge of the world around us and pay attention to our inner voice, our intuition and our hearts, we can become truly remarkable compasses of our own lifes. We gain an understanding of the natural flow of things that will put us at greater balance with ourselves and the world, not only in relation to the natural environment, also in regard to our relationships with others. As our confidence grows, we are on the path to a physical, mental, emotional and spiritually balanced life.
Consciously Involving Our Senses
We are always using our senses to guide us in the everyday life. We are constantly exposed to stimulations from our surroundings, from yummy smells of freshly baked bread to the not so yummy smell of pollution, from the harmonic waves of our favourite songs to the noises of the bus outside our bedroom, from the earthy taste of a tea to the more wild taste of brewed yeast, and so on, our wellbeing is dependent on the stimuli that we most often confront, this is why its so important to start exercising awareness of how our bodies are responding to this.
It has been proven that contact with nature highly reduces stress that is most often caused by our modern day lives, the fresh air of the forests or beaches does wonders to our lungs and our sense of smell, the more time you spend in nature, the more curious you will become about the new scenery that you are experiencing, some people are attracted by the sound of birds, others by the mushroom growing from the ground, others by the different types of plants, there is something for everyone, and when you find that something going back to nature will be inevitable.
In the case of does who live in a big urban city without easy access to natural parks, you might think it would be rare to find {wilderness}, but fear not, there is always something, the birds are still chirping, and the "weed" always finds a place to grow.
In any case it is not a must to walk thru the forest or along the shore everyday, I do recommend it, but there are other ways to get in contact with nature in the comfort of our own home, for example, we can do this thru the art of {cooking}, thru experimenting with {diets}, {food preservation}, and {fermentation} or {gardening}, where you can learn about the amazing concept of {permaculture}.
But not only that, nature is not all about plants, animals, or geographic formations of course, we should not separate ourself from it, nature is with in us, this is why is also important to maintain a regular {meditation practice}, which with time will enhance our senses to the external world and strengthen our internal world. Also, In case of woman, it is crucial that we learn about your own {reproductive cycle}, this will give us a sense of responsibility and control over our body that is necessary if we wish to achieve different things, from being pregnant to avoiding pregnancy, all in a natural way.
